We want to provide clarity for clients who utilize work items, such as locate audits, damage investigations, or other work item types beyond standard Ticket management.

The current version of the UtiliSphere mobile app is designed to support Ticket management only. Work item functionality is not yet available in the mobile app.

We are actively working through beta testing to bring work item support to the mobile app, and we look forward to making this available in a future release.
