The current version of the UtiliSphere mobile app is designed to support Ticket management only. Work item functionality is not yet available in the mobile app.
We are actively working through beta testing to bring work item support to the mobile app, and we look forward to making this available in a future release.

Monitoring - For organizations that manage UtiliSphere App deployment through a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, such as Microsoft Intune, we recommend implementing a staged rollout process when deploying new app versions.
Rather than pushing updates to your entire user base at once, we advise first releasing new versions to a smaller group of designated testers. This allows your team to validate that the update is functioning as expected in your environment before expanding the rollout to all users.
Recommended approach:
Identify a small group of test users representative of your broader user base. Deploy the new version to this group first through your MDM platform. Allow time for testing and confirm there are no issues with core functionality, syncing, or device compatibility. Once validated, proceed with rolling out the update to your remaining users.
This approach can help reduce the impact of any unforeseen issues and gives your team an opportunity to catch and report problems early.

Monitoring - We want to make you aware of an issue affecting background sync in the UtiliSphere App on versions 26.1.3 and earlier.
Due to iOS's memory and battery management behavior, the app may be unable to sync data in the background, with no notification to the user. As a result, items pending sync to the server, such as responses and photos, may not be sent if the app is closed or moved to the background before syncing completes.
This issue has been resolved in version 26.1.4.
What you need to do:
If you are running version 26.1.1, 26.1.2, or 26.1.3, please update to version 26.1.4 as soon as possible.
If you are unable to update immediately, keep the UtiliSphere app open and active on your screen until all responses and photos have fully synchronized with the server before closing or switching apps.

Monitoring - Currently, the Tasks list in mobile does not automatically refresh when the user is viewing the page. This was done so that users would not have to constantly re-sort their work when managing their day.
To get the Tasks list to refresh, users must navigate between any other screen and back to the Tasks list. I.e. navigate to the Notifications or Settings tab, then back to the Tasks list. The application will refresh the list of Tasks provided that there is a working internet connection.
Based on feedback from Clients, we are adding the ability for a user to "pull to refresh" the list view. Once implemented, users will be able to "pull" their list of tasks by swiping down the page, and the tasks will refresh. This enhancement should be available as part of an August update. We will update this notification once the release has been completed.

Monitoring - We want to make you aware of an issue affecting the UtiliSphere App on versions 26.1.1 through 26.1.3.
In these versions, login tokens may not refresh properly. This can cause attachments to fail to sync to the server and can also result in tickets remaining open even after work has been completed.
This issue has been resolved in version 26.1.4.
What you need to do:
If you are running version 26.1.1, 26.1.2, or 26.1.3, please update to version 26.1.4 as soon as possible.
