A fix has been issued for an issue where the app's authentication token was not refreshing as expected.
What was happening: Due to a token refresh failure, some users' sessions were not renewing automatically, which could eventually result in an invalid token.
Current status: Resolved. The fix is live in the latest production version. We are monitoring for any impacts.
What this means for you: If your session is affected by an invalid token, you'll be prompted to re-authenticate (log in again) in the mobile app. This is expected anytime your token expires.
Thank you for your patience while we worked through this.

Monitoring
We want to make you aware of an issue affecting the UtiliSphere App on versions 26.1.1 through 26.1.3.
In these versions, login tokens may not refresh properly. This can cause attachments to fail to sync to the server and can also result in tickets remaining open even after work has been completed.
This issue has been resolved in version 26.1.4.
What you need to do:
If you are running version 26.1.1, 26.1.2, or 26.1.3, please update to version 26.1.4 as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your prompt attention to this update.
