We want to make you aware of an issue affecting background sync in the UtiliSphere App on versions 26.1.3 and earlier.
Due to iOS's memory and battery management behavior, the app may be unable to sync data in the background, with no notification to the user. As a result, items pending sync to the server, such as responses and photos, may not be sent if the app is closed or moved to the background before syncing completes.
This issue has been resolved in version 26.1.4.
What you need to do:
If you are running version 26.1.1, 26.1.2, or 26.1.3, please update to version 26.1.4 as soon as possible.
If you are unable to update immediately, keep the UtiliSphere app open and active on your screen until all responses and photos have fully synchronized with the server before closing or switching apps.
